Lady Ada Chukwudozie is the Chairman, Board of Directors at Keystone Bank Limited. Prior to her appointment, she served as Group Executive Director for Dozzy Group of Companies.
She has over 29 years of expertise in corporate governance, business strategy, management, and administration across the oil and gas, energy, and manufacturing sectors.She began her career as a supervisor at DeEndy Industrial Co Ltd, Taipei, Taiwan, before advancing to General Manager at Specialty Oil Company Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of Dozzy Group. She later rose to the position of Executive Director at Dozzy Oil and Gas.
Lady Ada holds an HND in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, a PGD in Business Administration from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, and a diploma in law from Lagos State University. She also holds a diploma in Mandarin from Chinese Cultural University Taipei. In addition to her academic achievements, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD) and an Executive Committee member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) in the Southeast overseeing 150+ companies. She is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators, and the Onitsha Chambers of Commerce. Additionally, she serves as a Council Member of the Nigerian-British Chambers of Commerce.
To recognize her remarkable leadership and contributions, she has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including the “Vanguard Personality of the Year” by Vanguard Newspapers in 2024. In 2023, she received the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM), was named Woman Corporate Leader of the Year, and recognized as Personality of the Year by Vanguard Newspaper and Business Icon of the Year by Champions Newspaper. Earlier accolades include the African International Achievers Merit Award for Excellence and the United Nations Youth Ambassador for Peace.
Lady Ada, fluent in English and Mandarin, has leveraged her multilingual skills to strengthen international relations and enhance global collaboration.
She is also the Publisher of Vogue Afrique Magazine and the founder of the Association of Professional Women on Rural Development (PWORD).
