Ladi Oluwole is the Executive Director, Risk Management at Keystone Bank Limited. He has over twenty years of expertise in Enterprise and Credit Risk Management, and a proven track record in the financial services industry. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Bank of America, North America where he managed an extensive credit portfolio within the Corporate, Investment, and Commercial Bank.

Ladi, began his career in 2001 at Prudent Bank, Plc. in Lagos, Nigeria, working as a Management Associate. He then joined Citibank in Texas in 2005, where he earned the prestigious “Citistar Award” for outstanding performance. From 2007 to 2009, he served as Assistant Vice President and Credit Operations Officer before joining JP Morgan Chase in 2010 as Assistant Vice President and Credit Risk Approval Officer.

From 2011, he held significant leadership roles at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc., including Group Head of Loan Work-out and Restructuring and Group Head of Retail/Consumer Credit Analysis. He rejoined JP Morgan Chase in 2016 as Senior Credit Approval Officer – Wholesale Credit/Risk Management and managed credit risk in the Energy and Utilities sectors from 2019.

Ladi holds a Master of Arts in Economics (Finance) from California State University, San José, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Banking & Finance) with Honors from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is a Chartered/Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) and holds NASD Series 6 & 63 Licenses, along with certification as a Life Insurance and Variable Annuity Representative from the Texas State Department of Insurance.
