A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, Nigeria; Member, Nigeria Bar Association; Member Institute of Directors Nigeria; Member, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria; Associate, Institute of Capital Market Registrars Nigeria; and Member, Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom, Dr.Agamah holds the Doctorate in Business Administration Degree of the Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom, with research interests in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Corporate Performance. He also holds the following qualifications: MA Education, University of South Wales (2021);M. Sc. Corporate Governance, Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom (2009); LL.M, University of Lagos (1998); LL. B (Hons), University of Jos (1990); B. Sc. (Hons) Political Science, University of Calabar (1984); and was a member of the Advanced Management Programme Class 20, Lagos Business School.

Dr. Agamah was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1991; and had worked with the law firms of Tunde Odanye& Co. as well as Tunde Adebayo & Co. (now Page Law Office); Zenith Bank Plc; Guardian Express Bank Plc; Spring Bank Plc; and Bank PHB Plc. Dr. Agamah served on the Board of KBL Insurance Limited between 2012 and 2017 as a Non-Executive Director.

Dr. Agamah is presently General Counsel & Company Secretary, Keystone Bank Limited.
