Eucharia is a dynamic and versatile professional with over 25 years banking experience that cuts across banking operations, corporate, commercial and retail banking. Her banking career spans from Diamond bank, Standard Trust Bank and Bank PHB. She is currently the Regional Head South-South.

She holds a B.Ls and M.Ls in Library and Information Science from Abia State University (1992), Imo State University (2016), an MBA from University of Calabar (2004) and a Doctorate Degree from Imo State University (2020). She is also a certified Dimensions International Development (DDI) facilitator. She has attended several local and international courses across diverse discipline ranging from Strategy London Business School, INSEAD, Fontainbleau France, Leadership – Harvard Business School USA, Wharton Business School USA, IE Business School Spain etc.

Eucharia is a registered mentor of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) mentoring program, and a fellow of the Women in Business, Management and Public Service (WIMBIZ) an NGO that provides a platform to promote and advocate for greater representation of women in leadership. She is also a member of Keystone Bank Women Economic and Empowerment Committee (KWEEC), a CBN initiative to empower women both within and outside the organization.

Furthermore, she serves as a board member of Charstea 169, a not for profit organization that caters for the helpless and under privileged. Eucharia is a member of Port Harcourt Polo Club and Ikoyi Club 1938.
