Soji Akintola is a Non- Executive Director at Keystone Bank Limited with over 30 years of experience in business development, relationship management, risk asset creation, and performance monitoring. He also currently serves as the Principal Partner at Ayodeji Akintola & Co.

He started his career as an Audit Trainee at Moradeyo Bukoye & Co in 1986, where he rose through the ranks in various accounting firms before transitioning to the banking industry. He took on significant roles at Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank) and Global Bank where he became Assistant General Manager. In 2015, he joined Sterling Bank Plc as the Regional Head of Retail and served as Sector Lead in the Transport, Maritime, and Logistics sectors.

Soji holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ilorin, an MBA from the University of Ado-Ekiti, and has undergone advanced management training at the Lagos Business School (Pan-African University), where he completed the Senior Management Programme. In addition to his academic achievements, he is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He is actively engaged in the financial and business communities, maintaining his position as a thought leader and innovator in his field.
