The Management of Keystone Bank Limited is committed to the establishment of an Integrated Management System (IMS) comprising Business Continuity Management System, Information Security Management System and IT Service Management System. The Management and staff of Keystone Bank are dedicated to satisfying the applicable requirements of the IMS by providing the appropriate resources to implement, develop and maintain the Management Systems.

The Bank has set out objectives that are aligned with the strategic objectives for the 2019 financial year to drive the Integrated Management System. Top management shall also ensure that a systematic performance review of the IMS is conducted on a regular basis to ensure that the objectives are being met and issues are identified and treated. Keystone Bank Limited shall continually improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System across all areas within scope.
