Chris Esezobor is the Chief Digital Officer of the bank and is currently driving the development and execution of the bank’s digital transformation strategy. He has over 2 decades of experience in electronic banking, information technology and digital project management.

Chris holds a Chattered Banker MBA from Bangor University, United Kingdom and a Certificate of Business Excellence (CoBE) from the HAAS School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. He also holds an MBA from the University of Benin, Edo State and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Electronics from Ambrose Ali University, Edo State.

He started his career with Inlaks Computers Limited, where he worked as a Customer Support Engineer from 1996 – 1997. He switched career to the banking industry by joining Standard Trust Bank (now United Bank of Africa, UBA Plc) as a pioneer staff in 1997. In 2007, Chris joined Access Bank PLC and worked for 11 years as Group Head, E-channels & Digital Banking Products until he resigned his appointment in 2018 to assume an entrepreneurial role in the Consulting Industry. He co-founded Digital Forth Limited and functioned as the Chief Digital Transformation Officer and the Director of Business Development from 2018 to 2019.

Chris joined Keystone Bank in 2020 to support the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.
