Mr Odusanya is an executive director with over two decades of experience in commercial banking, strategy, and operations. He has a track record of holding senior roles across multiple commercial banks in Nigeria where he has made significant impact in Strategic Business Units such as Treasury, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Public Sector and Banking Operations.

Mr. Odusanya started his banking career as a pioneer staff of the then newly established GTBank in 1991 where he worked across commercial banking, corporate banking and other divisions, including the role of Unit Head, Commercial Banking Group (Plastic and Light Manufacturing). He has also held managerial positions across other banks including United Bank for Africa, Equitorial Trust Bank, and Access Bank.

While at Access Bank, for 15 years, Mr. Odusanya served as Head of various Divisions including Commercial Banking, Public Sector, Financial Institutions and Treasury. As a General Manager, he was a pioneer member of the Business Banking Division in 2013, crafting the 5-year strategy that was instrumental to the success of the Business Unit. He also served as a non-Executive Director of Access Bank, Zambia.

He is currently responsible for the Corporate Banking and South Directorates of the bank.

Mr. Odusanya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Honourable Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the institute of Credit and Collection Management of Nigeria. He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and has attended several executive management and professional programs in world class institutions such as Harvard Business School, Boston, Wharton Business School, Philadelphia and Lagos Business School.
