1. What is the Keystone Bank Activ Card?
   It is a plastic “smart card” which stores cardholder information on a magnetic stripe behind it and is used to carry out basic banking transactions on the ATM, POS, and Internet.
2. Where can I use my Activ Card?
   Your Activ Card can be used @ all Keystone Bank ATMs as well as @ other ATMs bearing the InterSwitch and QuickCash (ATMC) Acceptance Marks/ Logos
3. What services can I access with my Activ Card on the ATM?
   You can check/ print balances, check/ print mini-statements, transfer funds, & change your PIN. (PIN change is only available at card issuing ATMs.
4. How Secure is my Activ Card?
   Your Activ Card is protected by a secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). NEVER disclose your card PIN to anybody
5. What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from the ATM?
   On Keystone Bank ATMs, you are able to withdraw up to N40,000 per withdrawal and 5 withdrawals per day but with a maximum daily limit of N100,000).
6. What do I do if my card is lost/ stolen?
   Call or report it at the nearest Keystone Bank branch, send an email to ebankinghelpdesk@Keystonebankng.com or call 01-448 5742
7. What will make the ATM retain a card?
   A card will be retained if it has been reported stolen, if left unattended for a while, or if you enter the wrong PIN 3 times
8. What do I do if the ATM retains my Card?

9. Is there a charge for using the service?
   Use of the Activ Card on the ATM channel is entirely free. However, use of other bank and QuickCash ATMs attract a charge of N100.00 per transaction (balance enquiry and PIN change are entirely free). Cashback on POS terminals also attract a charge of N100.00 per transaction.
10. How does InterSwitch/ a switch work?
    InterSwitch is the link between a number of card issuers (Banks) and is the bloodline of transactions on all linked ATMs. It provides settlement services for transactions that go through their network
11. When does the ATM service close?
    The Keystone Bank ATM never sleeps. It is available on a 24/7 basis.
12. What happens when the link fails in-between a transaction?
    Depending on when the exact moment of link failure, the ATM will cancel (or reverse) the transaction or retain the cash.
