Employee Volunteering

As part of Keystone Bank's Social Responsibility, staff of the bank overwhelmingly participated in the Employee Volunteer Initiative designed to aid development and positively impact the communities in which we do business.

The Employee Volunteering Project was tagged Inspired to Serve.

A major strategy of this initiative is to encourage staff to work in teams and  provide meaningful contribution in the community. some of the chosen areas include; sanitation and cleaning, teaching, seminars in education, hospital visits and other health initiatives, visits to prisons and orphanages, community farming support and sponsorships.

"Inspired to Serve" has been a great success beyond it's initial objectives, creating a sense of bonding for Keystone Bank staff nation-wide amongst themselves and the communities in which they work.
